John is one of the UK’s leading low carbon transport experts, marketeers and journalists. He studied law at the University of Edinburgh and was the Head of Sustainable Transport for the Scottish Government. John worked worked on a number of high profile low carbon transport programmes using his policy experience and commercial skills to solve transport problems for businesses.

John has also provided expert consultancy to, amongst others, Scottish Enterprise, Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation and was the author of the Police Scotland Carbon Management Plan, making them the first Police Service in the world to have an aspiration to be carbon neutral.

A motoring columnist for the Daily Record and a regular expert on BBC Scotland, John speaks at conferences all over the world  on the subjects of Mobility as a Service, SMART Mobility, automotive, and marketing. He is also a member of the 2020 Climate Change transport subgroup charged with reducing transport emissions to help meet the Scottish Government’s climate change targets. John is passionate about everything he does but nothing fires him up more than a big transport challenge.

6’4″ tall and bald since God was a boy.

John is a total petrol head and that is still the case BUT he learned the fabulousness of electric and hydrogen cars and has a penchant for Formula E.

Starred on BBC’s Bargain Hunt and is a proud winner of a “Golden Gavel”

Once appeared as Postman Pat at the opening of a new Post Office in Leicestershire.

Heather brings over 25 years senior operational, project management and outsource experience in Financial Services.  Spending the early part of her career in Retail Banking, becoming a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, then as a Private Banking Manager in the City of London, Heather moved back to Scotland where she was part of the very successful B2B Life Assurance start up team, Bright Grey, which is now part of the largest UK Mutual, Royal London.

Heather has spent recent years working as Head of Continuous Improvement, as a Lean Six Sigma practitioner to Black Belt level and customer champion.  In a world leading Outsource business, she established and grew a self funded team of experts, leading and delivering complex, multi-million pound improvement programmes in the UK and India. Heather joined Revolutionall in 2014 and has been instrumental in creating the business plan and our approach to the market
